Our senior programs are led by a friendly instructor, and each session offers a balance of structured activities, and time to learn and socialize— all in a supportive and engaging space!

A fun, in-person gathering for seniors that blends classic games like Bingo, Trivia, and word puzzles with opportunities to build critical thinking, memory, and fine motor skills!

Each session is designed to foster social connection while promoting cognitive health in an inclusive, welcoming environment.
Senior Digital Literacy.png
Senior Digital Literacy
A workshop designed to help seniors gain confidence using everyday technology.

Each session focuses on a different digital tool or app, from navigating Zoom and checking the weather online, to using Apple Pay and exploring other helpful apps!
